I love this knife!! This is now the go to knife to chop my biltong. This knife is laser sharp, I maintain it regularly by sharpening it time to time using the sharpening YouTube video provided on this website. It fits very well in my hand and love to chope any type of vegetables. I have also the bread knife which I love to use daily. These knife are long lasting, beautiful and can only highly recommend them from sunny California USA.
